MackMedical is a private medical concierge platform in Antalya, Türkiye. It provides information, individual consultation and coordination, and is not a healthcare institution or travel agency. Medical services are provided by licensed partner healthcare institutions.

What data we receive

The message fields on this website prepare a WhatsApp message in your browser; the website server does not store the message you type. The message is sent only when you continue to WhatsApp.

When you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we receive what you send yourself: your name, phone number, messages, photos and medical documents. Please do not send unnecessary health information.

Why we use it

To answer your information request and provide individual consultation and coordination services.

We share medical documents only with the relevant licensed partner institution and authorized specialists, and only with your explicit consent. We never sell your data or share it for advertising.

You may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully. Data is retained only for the period required to provide the requested service and meet applicable legal obligations.

Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary: the site stores your cookie choice in your browser and remembers whether you have already seen hints and the chat window. Without this the site cannot remember your choice.

Analytics (only with your consent): Yandex Metrica and/or Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics that show us what to improve.

Third-party services

The WhatsApp and Instagram buttons open services run by Meta. Information you send through these services may be processed outside Türkiye under Meta's own privacy terms. Some stock photos on the site are loaded from Unsplash.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data. Just message us on WhatsApp — we'll reply and take care of it.
